SMS Terms: the Ira house line

Cowboy AI Labs (Bondi AI, Inc.) · September 2026

The program

Ira is a family agent that runs on a device in your home. Your household gets one phone number, the house line. Family members text the house line for the day's schedule, chores, allowance, and messages to a parent, and the house answers. Parents receive a morning brief by text and approve requests by replying with a code.

How a number joins

A parent or guardian sets up Ira and is the account holder. The parent adds each household member by name and phone number in the Ira app and confirms that they consent to Ira texting that member. The first text to every member states what the house line is, that parents can see everything said on it, and how to stop. A member's own first text to the house line is also treated as consent to receive replies.

This is the house line. Text it for the schedule, chores, allowance or a message to a parent. Your parents can see everything we say here. Reply STOP to stop texts.

Message frequency

Frequency varies by household. A typical parent receives one brief each morning and occasional requests to approve; a typical family member receives replies to what they text and one or two scheduled texts a day (for example, a school reminder a parent turned on). Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and help

Text STOP to the house number to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Text START to opt back in. Text HELP for help, or contact support@cowboyailabs.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
