Privacy Notice

Effective September 2026 · Version 1.0 · Cowboy AI Labs is a DBA of Bondi AI, Inc.

1. Who we are

Cowboy AI Labs (Bondi AI, Inc., "we", "us") is an applied intelligence lab in Weatherford, Texas. We make Ira, a personal and family agent that runs on a computer in your own home, and Roy, an agent platform for organizations. This notice covers Ira. Roy's notice is at theroy.ai.

2. The one rule Ira is built on

Your family's content stays on the device in your house. Calendar entries, mail, texts on the house line, the facts Ira remembers about your family, receipts and the record of what Ira did are stored on the Ira device you own, not on our servers. We designed Ira so that we cannot read them.

3. What we hold, and why

We operate a small routing service (the "relay") so that texts, calls and notifications can reach your device. The relay holds:

The relay does not keep message bodies. When your device is unreachable, the relay answers a text with a fixed offline notice and a parent's number that you configured; it stores nothing else about the exchange.

4. Third parties Ira uses

ProviderWhat it doesWhat it sees
Twiliocarries texts and calls on your house numberphone numbers and message content in transit, under Twilio's own privacy terms
Anthropicthe language model Ira uses for tasks it cannot do with rules aloneone task at a time, with the minimum household context that task needs, under zero-data-retention terms: not stored, not used for training
Humevoice on the house line, when you turn it onthe audio of a call while it is happening; no audio is retained by us
Google or Microsoftyour calendar and mail, when you connect themIra reads them on your device with tokens stored on your device

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use your family's data to train models.

5. Children

Ira is set up and controlled by a parent or guardian, who is the account holder. A parent adds each family member, including children, to the household roster and decides what Ira may do for each of them. Every child is told, in Ira's first text, that their parents can see everything said on the house line. Ira does not collect information from a child beyond the messages the child sends to the house line, which are stored on the family's own device and visible to the parents. A parent can pause a child's line, delete a child's history, or remove a child from the household at any time from the Ira app. Ira does not show advertising, does not build profiles of children, and does not share a child's information with anyone outside the household.

6. Your choices

Text STOP to the house number at any time to stop texts to your phone; text START to resume; text HELP for help. A parent can export or delete the household's data from the Ira app; deletion is carried out on the device you own. To close your account, contact us at the address below.

7. Security

The relay is operated with encryption in transit, signed messages between your device and the relay, and access limited to the people who run it. Your device stores secrets in files only your user can read and encrypts its disk when you turn that on; we tell you plainly in setup what it does and does not protect.
